Who to contact
This website is operated under the evenvale name. For privacy questions or requests, email info@evenvale.com. Please contact us from the email address used in your enquiry where possible.
Information you provide
For early access, we collect your email, finish preference, buying interest and estimated quantity, along with the price and offer shown to you. For business enquiries, we also collect your name, organisation, business type, approximate quantity, timing, optional message and any choice to receive marketing updates. We record the submission date and the version of the notice or consent accepted.
If you arrive through an advertisement, campaign labels in the page address, such as source, campaign and ad creative, may be stored with your submission. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use this information to register pre-launch interest, understand demand, respond to business enquiries, plan launch offers and quantities, and send the updates you request. We also use limited technical information to operate and secure the website. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for requested marketing, steps you ask us to take before a potential purchase when responding to enquiries, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and assessing demand. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Cookies, campaign labels and third parties
After a successful form submission, an essential, secure browser cookie stores a random removal token so you can delete that submission from the same browser. It expires after one year. The database stores only a hash of the token. A private removal link lets you make the same request from another device. Keep that link private.
Campaign labels can be carried between our pages in the address bar. They are saved to our database only when you submit a form. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking cookies or third-party behavioural analytics on this version of the site. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not enable any additional tracking.
Our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, processes information needed to deliver and secure the site, which may include IP addresses and request information in service logs. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Email services process messages you send to our contact address. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
Sharing and security
Information is accessible to the people operating evenvale and service providers supporting hosting, storage and communications for these purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We use encrypted connections, restricted administrative access and private removal tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep pre-launch and enquiry records while needed for the requested programme, ongoing correspondence and launch planning. We review records and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security purposes. You can request removal sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can use or your private removal link to delete the associated signup or business enquiry. Each form has its own removal record. To request access, correction, deletion of other records or withdrawal from marketing, email info@evenvale.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Future promotional emails will include an unsubscribe option.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to your local privacy regulator. We handle requests according to applicable law.
Children
The pre-launch programme and business enquiries are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Changes to this policy
Updates will appear here with a revised date. If we materially change how submitted information is used, we will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
