A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
pull up a chair.

What happens when I join?

You join the list for our $49 pre-launch offer. We’ll email you when ordering opens, with the final product details, availability and any shipping or taxes. No payment is taken today, and joining is not an order or a reservation.

What is the $49 offer?

Our planned launch price is $99 per device. Register before launch to receive an invitation to buy at $49 per device if evenvale launches. This is an early-access offer, not a discount from a previous selling price. See the offer terms.

How does the fly-deterrent design work?

Three fine, flexible filaments are designed to rotate above shared food and discourage flies from landing nearby. The design uses no ribbon blades or weighted tips. Coverage and performance details will be provided before orders open.

Can I use just the light?

Yes. The design combines separate light and filament controls, so you can choose the warm downlight on its own or both functions together.

Can I adjust the filament length?

The design pairs adjustable height with different reaches to suit dishes and glassware. Explore the table for a few ways to set the scene. Final range and product details will be confirmed before orders open.

When will orders open?

We haven’t announced an ordering or delivery date. Early-access subscribers will receive availability information before deciding whether to buy.

Do you accept restaurant or bulk enquiries?

Yes. Tell us about your venue, quantity and timing through our restaurant enquiry page. We’re welcoming interest from restaurants, hotels, resorts, retailers and gifting buyers. We’ll discuss quantities and pricing for your setting.
